Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to all bookings made for the Palais Noor El Jena, located in Marrakech. They define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the seasonal rental of the palace.
2. Rental rates
Rates are per day (TVA 10% included), for the exclusive use of the Palace, depending on the season and the number of rooms booked.

Rates include: accommodation, daily housekeeping, bed and pool linen, as well as access to the palace facilities (pool, spa, hammam, fitness room, and common areas).
3. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed upon signature of the contract and payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or any other method accepted by Palais Noor El Jena.
4. Cancellation

More than 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit, less 10% administrative fees.

Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the stay amount remains due.

Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund will be made.
5. Security deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any damages. It will be refunded after the check-out inventory, less any costs incurred for damages.
6. Use of the premises

The palace is intended exclusively for accommodation and the organization of private events duly approved by the establishment.

The number of guests accommodated may not exceed the capacity indicated at the time of booking.

Any illicit or unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
Palais Noor El Jena shall not be held liable in case of loss, theft, or damage to clients’ personal belongings. The use of the facilities (pool, spa, hammam, fitness room) is the sole responsibility of the guests.
8. Governing law
These T&C are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
